We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all shared and reseller hosting services. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, you can request a full refund with no questions asked. This policy is designed to give you confidence in trying our services risk-free.
Non-Refundable Services
Some services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. These include domain name registrations, VPS servers, dedicated servers, custom development services, and software licenses. Once activated or provisioned, these services become non-reversible and cannot be refunded.
Refund Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a refund, the service must not have met its stated purpose or failed due to technical issues that could not be resolved by our support team. Refunds are not issued for reasons such as change of mind, lack of technical knowledge, or customer-side issues. All requests are reviewed individually before approval.
Refund Request Procedure
To initiate a refund request, please log in to your client area and open a support ticket with the billing department. Include your order details and the reason for your refund request. All refund claims must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted through unofficial channels may not be processed.
Refunds on Promotional Offers
Services purchased using promotional discounts, coupon codes, or limited-time offers are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Promotional services are provided at a special rate and are excluded from our standard money-back guarantee.
Renewal Refunds
Refunds are not provided for service renewals. It is your responsibility to cancel any active service before its renewal date to avoid automatic charges. Once a service is renewed, the payment becomes final and non-refundable.
Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same service, please notify our billing team immediately. Once verified, the extra amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days or added as credit to your account upon request.
Payment Gateway Charges
All payment gateway fees or transaction charges deducted by third-party processors (such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, Visa, or Mastercard) are non-refundable. In case of a refund, these charges will be excluded from the refunded amount.
Abuse or Terms Violation
No refunds will be issued to accounts found violating our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or involved in abusive behavior. This includes but is not limited to spamming, phishing, resource abuse, or any illegal activity. Such accounts are subject to immediate suspension or termination without compensation.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days. The refunded amount will be returned using the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway and your bank’s policies.
